Pros and cons of Physics app for iPhone and iPad

Physics app good for

If you wanna learn about Physics its the great and smart tool to do that you can access to a lot of archives by this app
Very easy and quick look up equations + some reviews for your needs when forgotten. A+ App.! This is also my first review on app. store!
This app needs a couple of updates the first of which containing an improved interface. Needs more pictures optional more info when looking at a certain subject and despeity needs audio and/or video segments of Physics lectures for certain things. Again this app has potential.
This app has about every formula you will need for basic college level Physics. Absolutely worth $1
Great app! Would like the crashing to stop with the latest update tho
No nonsense reference a great tool. I like that the developer is often adding features and updating it and doesnt need Internet to work.

Some bad moments

This was a great app, however it doesnt work on 3G with the update. It crashes every startup.
this app looked good so i bought it and transfered it to my mac , but when itried to load it on my ipod touch lt tells me it is not compatable what is the good of this app in the itunes store when it wont load to an iphone system ?
I bought this app (modest price) because I thought it might be helpful for my high school age kids. My chief observation is that the information appears to be tables, formulas, and examples culled and pdfed from a textbook. And, I might add, the info is far from comprehensive. The screens cannot be magnified using the iPhones interface, further leading me to believe that this is simply a hack-and-paste job. Scan the inside covers of your kids high school textbooks and save in your favorite notes or other app and youll probably come out ahead... I think the authors intentions were good, but if this is the level of effort required to create marketable iPhone apps, Im in the wrong line of work.
I have no clue about Physics but it does not make it any less fascinating. Its fun to scroll, picking something random and then research it and try to understand it. If your in this field, I have no doubt that this is a valuable reference and education tool.
I know how to plug in numbers and solve for a variable. That is simple algebra. I was looking for something like college level elemental Physics(AP high school). Not worth the dollar.
When an app is free I expect that it may have adversitement but when I pay for an app I expect it to be advertisement free. This app violates that expectation. DO NOT BUY this app, it has advertisements!
